RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges of unused merchandise are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If you're interested in making an exchange or a return, please send us a message through the contact form. Once we receive a return/exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All US orders ship via UPS Ground. Orders will ship within 2-5 business days unless a lead time is specified in the product description. Please note that most packages require 2-5 days of transit time.
WHERE IS MY FURNITURE MANUFACTURED?
All of our furniture is handmade to order by our team of craftsmen and women in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
HOW WILL MY FURNITURE ARRIVE?
Your new furniture will arrive in one or multiple boxes (depending on the quantity ordered) via UPS Ground Shipping. As soon as your order has shipped, you will be sent a tracking email where you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY FURNITURE?
A light dusting here or there should be all you need to keep your wood furniture in shape. Should there be a spill, make sure to clean it with warm water and a gentle cloth within 12 hours of exposure. If you use a cleaning agent, only use products specifically made for use on wood or else you could damage the beautiful finish.

When placing an order online or over the phone, please note that your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of purchase for certain items. These items include, but may not be limited to made-to-order furniture as well as small furniture items that are shipped via UPS.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?
Yes! We offer a range of financing options, from 3, 6, and 12 months ranging from 0-30% APR, through our partnership with Affirm. At checkout select "Pay monthly with Affirm" to complete your application and receive your financing rates through Affirm. (Please note that all loans are processed and handled by Affirm.)
