Each bracelet will be unique. As with any natural material, slight variations in the texture and color of the leather are to be expected. Our leather is real. We don't artificially soften it in the manufacturing process. Upon arrival, the leather will be firm and will soften over time. You will be left with a great patina and a product that is truly your own.
